EZ CGL is run by Chakravarthi Padyala. Write to support@ezcgl.in for anything below. Please send it from the email address on your account when it is about your account, so we can match it.

Our reply may come from a different address than support@ezcgl.in. It will always answer in the same email thread and quote your message, and we will never ask for your password or a sign-in link. Sign-in links themselves only come from EZ CGL <no-reply@ezcgl.in>.

Help with the site

Problems signing in, a page that does not work, a score that looks wrong or a question about how something works: email support@ezcgl.in. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened, and which device and browser you use.

Report a wrong question, answer or solution

Every question has a Report a problem link under it, on its question page and in your mock results. It opens an email that already names the question. Or email support@ezcgl.in with the exam shift and question number shown as its source, and what looks wrong. We check every report against the official paper and correct the question or solution if it is wrong.

Report a security problem

If you find a way to see someone else's data, get around sign-in or limits, or another security weakness, email support@ezcgl.in with the steps to reproduce it. Please:

• tell us privately and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else;
• use only your own account, and stop as soon as you can show the problem;
• do not view, change, keep or share other people's data, or slow down or disrupt the service.

We will acknowledge your report and tell you when it is fixed.

Your data and your account

• Delete your account: on the account page. This deletes your account, attempts, drills and assistant chats straight away.
• Get a copy, correct or erase your data, or nominate someone: email support@ezcgl.in from your account's email address. If you cannot sign in or no longer have that address, tell us and we will find another way to confirm it is you.

Complaints and Grievance Officer

For complaints, including about personal data or copyright: Chakravarthi Padyala, Anumalapalle, Giddalur taluk, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh 523368, India. Email support@ezcgl.in. We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply about your personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
